These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the zh87 platform, website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). zh87 ("we", "us", "our") operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is not restricted by law.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of the Services — including cricket betting markets, live casino games, sports wagering and instant games — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

zh87 does not hold a Government of Pakistan gambling licence and makes no representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their use of this Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the individual user account created on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet credit or matched deposit amount credited to an Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required under applicable regulatory obligations before certain account actions may be completed.

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan. zh87 uses PKR as the reference currency for Pakistani users where applicable.

To register and maintain an Account on the zh87 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are registering and operating the Account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from zh87 or any associated platform, or if a prior self-exclusion period has elapsed you have formally requested re-activation in accordance with the applicable procedure;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of an employee of zh87 or any associated entity;
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated and you are capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

zh87 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in suspension or closure of the Account and possible forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the zh87 Platform. Multiple Accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, payment method or household are prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Documentation Requirements

zh87 is required to carry out identity verification before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as required. Accepted documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document issued within the preceding three months, showing your name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that the payment method used belongs to the registered Account holder.

The name on your Account registration must match the name on your KYC documents exactly. Discrepancies will result in a compliance hold until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of the zh87 compliance team. zh87 will never request your Account password during any verification process.

The zh87 Platform and all content thereon are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. By using the Platform you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will access the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from zh87;
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any software component of the Platform;
• You will not engage in any activity designed to manipulate odds, outcomes, game results or the normal functioning of the Platform;
• You are solely responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction. zh87 does not provide tax advice.

zh87 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

Deposits to your zh87 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed for compliance.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah on this website are provided as educational and contextual information for Pakistani users only. zh87 does not claim that any of these providers endorse gambling transactions or that any specific method is confirmed as available. 6.2 Currency & Processing

Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) accounts are supported, deposits and displayed balances will reflect PKR values. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. zh87 is not responsible for processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete, no active wagering conditions on Bonus Funds, and the Account being in good standing. zh87 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes — actual payout times depend on the operator's processing schedule and the selected withdrawal method.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• The name on the withdrawal destination must match the Account registration and KYC documents;

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered through zh87 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or applied to Account balances without meeting applicable wagering requirements;
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at expiry will be removed from the Account;
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;

9.1 Bet Acceptance

zh87 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, zh87 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account balance.

9.2 Palpable Errors

Where odds are offered due to a manifest or palpable error (for example, clearly incorrect pricing), zh87 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and to re-settle affected markets at the correct odds if determinable. This applies to cricket, PSL, T20, football, UFC and all other available betting markets.

9.3 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to real-time updates and may be suspended or closed at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension or closure remain valid unless otherwise stated in the relevant market rules.

9.4 Match Integrity

If zh87 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet has been placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of corruption — including in relation to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures or ICC events — zh87 reserves the right to suspend payment, void the bet and report the matter to appropriate regulatory authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zh87 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household or IP address;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes without written authorisation;
• Laundering money or conducting transactions for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors or RNG (Random Number Generator) flaws;
• Engaging in collusion, arbitrage or syndicated betting strategies designed to circumvent normal market risk management;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing zh87 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

zh87 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools for all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a specified period;

• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks or events beyond zh87's reasonable control;
• Any decisions made by users based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics and editorial content;
• Any loss suffered by a user as a result of the user's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by zh87's own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh87 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

zh87 does not claim that these Terms or the Services are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim that its Services are authorised under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.

zh87 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
